Over the winter, I took their virtual platinum training package. I already had some experience with high-speed pneumatic handpieces, but I learned a lot of great new information and techniques which allowed me to be a lot more confident making repairs. I completed the Platinum course that covers High Speed, low Speed pneumatic and the Electric dental Hand pieces. The course was intimidating at first, but the training went better than I had imagined it would. Very patient instruction, repetition was something I really needed, and it paid off. I attended training with Orion and could not be happier with not only the training process itself, but the years of support provided after. This was actually the second time I attended handpiece repair training. The first time I was told to eyeball things and most of the training was spent on irrelevant nonsense. Orions courses are akin to what a college course is like. Printed material and videos are included and as I said continued support. Could not recommend Orion any more.

On behalf of Dr. Rory Jefferson, we have been using Orion for close to 20 years and have always had great experiences with them! Amanda is great and always easy to work with! Darby is such a friendly smiling face when he comes in for pick ups and drop offs.
