My entire journey with Orion started on May 13 when a wannabe lumberjack cut down a 70ft tree in my neighbors yard at dusk. Did I mention he was an idiot? The tree landed on my house and luckily did not go through it. It rolled off the roof ripping my soffits and gutters off the house and tried to rip holes in my roof. I called Allstate and they had me in touch with Orion before 11pm. They arrived the next morning at 8am to access the damage and get the process going.
