While dog sitting my neighbors dog, she got sprayed by a skunk. It wasn’t a horrible situation but I also wanted to get my carpet cleaned, this was my opportunity. I was fortunate to get a time slot the next afternoon. Gene said he didn’t notice an odor which I was thrilled to hear. I guess I suspected it was obvious. He cleaned my carpet and when he left it looked amazing. What a great job and he took interest in my “suspicions” so that was another plus. I just bought a house that needed a deep cleaning before we moved in. They came in and did such a good job with everything. I have no complaints. Gene did our floors and he was so nice! Nathan was extremely helpful making sure everything was completed to my liking and was very communicative. I’d use them again for sure.
