Got new breaks and an ac charge this week. What a great shop! After moving from across the state, where I had a shop I loved, I worried about finding a place as good. Orion is better. Great communication, great work, great prices. I will be back!
Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the outstanding service on both my Land Rover and now BMW. With the extreme weather, the BMW's battery was dying and Jason/Michael/Mike/Dave all helped to fit me in and fix the problem this past Friday - thanks !

I've taken my 2001 BMW to Orion for the last few years. They're great people, friendly and personable and always going the extra mile to help. Even with a follow up phone call a few days after anything major just to make sure everything is good. Today, i needed to put a new spare tire on a rim (thanks Michigan potholes!) and was told by a couple other places (big chain tire stores - no names but it begins with a "B" and ends with an "E") that I would have to wait for 7 hours to get this simple, easy job taken care of.
