Every week there is either Dog Pee or Poop in the Hallway or just outside the Exit Doors! I always have issues with the Garage Situation that’s “not located” in the building! I always have issues with Amazon Deliveries! The Hot Tub is Dangerously Hot btw.!! The WiFi Xfinity is Sub Par to AT&T and often shuts down. My Bathroom Shower doesn’t get HOT?! And my Washer only works on “One Setting”!

Absolute nightmare of an experience. 4K/mo and only ended up staying 3 months out of a 15 month lease. Car elevator was a huge inconvenience, was inoperable frequently and a leasing employee damaged my car while demonstrating. Apartment gets very hot, above 90 in the summer with no AC. The Brooklyn Basin area has zero accommodation for apartments guests and the events they hold result in people parking at stop signs.
