Its a nice living space, but the parking situation is terrible! We share parking with all the other apartment complexes. Its only convenient if you pay extra for your own parking space in the unit.
ATTENTION TO FUTURE RESIDENTS! I would like to warn you before you consider moving in here. Management will not respond to you and will do absolutely nothing to resolve your living issues or complaints. This building might look nice on the outside, but what goes on inside is completely awful. I have been living here for half a year. During these six months, I have accumulated over 30 videos of smoking in the lounge area and endless parties with blasting music and huge, noisy crowds of people who don't even live here. Been living in this building since January of 2025 and I absolutely love the community it’s built in very calm. Been here through a bunch of front desk changes and I would say that this team of Gracie ,Daniel & Shizzod are absolutely fantastic. They’re always very kind and fun, treating you as if they actually want to help you and not as just another occupant where they work.
