The emergency fee charges are extremely high and they do service you did NOT ask for and end up with hundreds of dollars bill ...you will not accept in the first place if you were explained. They shouldn't decide how much you should spend at their office. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Victoria Monte Practice Manager HAS NO SOUL.

Very quick to respond with appointment time (less than 24 hrs). Front desk staff was very nice and helpful with getting new meds squared away. Dr. Brown was very nice and explained everything thoroughly that I needed to know. She was super friendly with my dog and made it a good experience for him - he is normally very timid and his demeanor completely changed from scared to happy when she stepped in the room and loved on him. I wanted to find a local vet that truly loved animals, and wasn't afraid of a breed. This place is amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and outgoing. The vets are fantastic and truly listen and care. the prices are reasonable and I trust them with my fur babies. I would recommend them to anyone!
I wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Orion Animal Care Center for so lovingly giving us a safe and trusting place in helping us send our Kolt off to heaven. They were so extremely patient and caring during this time. They even have a special comfortable room to spend time with him before he left us.
