It’s a great place to live! Plus, the pool is amazing!
I have lived here at Oriole Ponds Apartments for seven years. The apartments are beautiful and the managing office and property maintenance person is excellent in their service and responsiveness.
I love living at Oriole Ponds. Quiet, country apartment living. Everything is always kept up! Thank you to all the people behind the scenes making this happen.
Love our apartment and thought the amount was OK. The maintenance man is excellent in every way. I’ve never had to deal with anything with manager but Dee was very nice about us getting apartment. Love our location and everything about the property. Great place to live !!
The managers are very arrogant, they send you letters that you are doing everything wrong, you cannot do something without them sending you letters that everything you do is wrong, but with arrogance, as if they were the kings of Hartford. The apartments are good but they are made with the cheapest material they can buy. We always told them that the apartment had mold everywhere, they never cared, and when you leave they charge you for everything, like to buy everything new in the apartment, you even pay to wash the carpets,... read more
