Honest small company. Good people
Oriole came in and met every deadline. Sales and technician were friendly and professional. Our basement had water coming down walls on every rain and been dry since. Been about two months and now we can finish the basement. The warranty is peace of mind. Fantastic
Mark and his team did an amazing job. They were professional, thorough and above all they were kind. 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof. Anyone can do good work but great work and top notch customer service are hard to find.
Once again I’m writing about a positive experience from Oriole Basement Waterproofing. They are extremely responsive to calls for help and remedy the situation quickly. They leave the space clean afterwards which seems to be a lost art with many contractors. They care about doing the right thing when no one is watching. I highly recommend them.
Adam and the team were fantastic! They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through different options available. They were no pressure and provided honest and transparent answers to all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
