Once again I’m writing about a positive experience from Oriole Basement Waterproofing. They are extremely responsive to calls for help and remedy the situation quickly. They leave the space clean afterwards which seems to be a lost art with many contractors. They care about doing the right thing when no one is watching. I highly recommend them.
Adam and the team were fantastic! They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through different options available. They were no pressure and provided honest and transparent answers to all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Mark came out to give estimate. Super friendly. Work being done cost $12,000 - drain and pump . Work done on schedule. However, I feel that respecting my home was not very important. On the first day several of my windows were left open by the workers without my knowledge. Not happy about that . Baseboards that were removed were left on floor with nails facing up - very hazardous. Workers used my hose on second day and did not place it neatly back to where they neatly found it . I meant to post this much sooner, but time got away from me - at least I can say confidently that the hard work of the team at Oriole Basement Waterproofing has stood up beautifully to a very wet and stormy summer!!
