I recently purchased a custom ornament from this shop for a gift. It came with the wrong color for the cat and a misspelled name for one of the people. I reached out to the shop and they requested the ornament back to fix it, making it so I wouldn’t have it in time for Christmas. It took 9 days to ship back to them. I asked for a discount for the troubles and instead they refused to fix the ornament and send it back, then they blocked me from responding to our conversation.
