I’ve had 7 children, and for 4 of my pregnancies I had my ultrasounds here. Glenda and Angie treated us like family. With one baby we eventually lost, the hospital technician denied my request that my husband be in the room for the ultrasound - this was years ago when I didn’t know Angie or Glenda very well at all - I called the office and they got us in the same day, and my husband never left my side. Medical error: I went in for an ultrasound related to an injury and I was told they will send the results to my doctor in *two weeks* and if I don’t hear anything back then assume the results were fine. I didn’t hear back but my pain got worse, I looked into it and this clinic forgot to send my results to my doctor and something was wrong with my injury. Due to this medical error, my doctor got the results two MONTHS later not two weeks later. These things are time sensitive, and now I may have to get surgery. Really not imp... read more
On Wednesday, April 9, my 16 yr old daughter went for her first ever breast ultrasound to screen for lumps to the O’brian St ultrasound clinic. As a mother, I was unfortunately unable to accompany her, so her 21 yr old cousin kindly brought her to the appointment. My daughter was understandably nervous and anxious about the ultrasound. Having to bare her top half to a stranger as well, she specifically asked her cousin to be in the room with her for comfort and support.
