First I want to say Jeremy Aubin (sales associate) worked so hard to get us this car at a good price and gave me peace of mind by working collaboratively to fix any damage/issues. While I appreciate the effort, there is constant misommunication that has gone on for too long without my mentioning it. They were a week late on car pick-up because the shop's power went out for 2 days. They hadn't finished the work in that time. Stay far away from this dealership by all means I took my vehicle here for a airbag recall and for VW 12 year year paint warranty & rust corrosion program My vehicle ended up being damaged in transit from Harpers Collision back to the Orillia VW (windows were rolled down by Harpers and regulator wires snapped/they disconnected main door switch/driver/passenger door locks (had to jump into backseat too exit vehicle) scatched windows tint/broken passenger visor clip/grease on white interior roof fabric/fingerprints and just al... read more
A huge shout out to Cameron and the team at Volkswagen Orillia!! Cameron was very professional and understanding when my son and I got a flat tire while travelling on vacation and from out of town. He was very helpful right away and kept in touch with many phone calls!
I recently had an outstanding experience at Orillia Volkswagen, and I can't recommend them enough! Jeremy and Iggy were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
