Most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful place I have ever purchased a car from. They sold me an Audi after falsely saying they had done an oil change and brake job, went back to them to have a dent pulled which was to be completed upon delivery said they did it (can clearly see the dent still.) They cleared two engine codes previous to purchase which came on 1 day after purchasing the car. Had to go to Audi and spend over 4k on engine work all within 16 days of purchasing the car. I purchased a 2024 Golf R this spring. I noticed there was something wrong with my tires. The tread is splitting off. I went to the dealership to show them and spoke to someone in service. He told me it was my driving and took pictures. We called the dealership several times and sent two emails to Dustin with no reply. Finally called and no one knew what we were talking about and we had to go back in for them to take pictures again for the service manager.
