Paul was amazing. We were first time customers with a boat trailer issue (brake failure) after calling around every where and feeling totally lost with who could assist with our repair Paul said bring it right over and we will have a look. I had them install Timbrens as they suggested and my issues were solved for a reasonable price. Paul was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and accommodating given my tight timeline.
