Constantly mistakes with billing and appointments. Front desk constantly makes mistakes and then has the audacity to demand you to pay for it. Horrible
I myself have come many times and love this place! I brought my brother in, who has physical disabilities as well as cognitive. He saw Brad who was so incredibly amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, and kind are just a few of the words that come to mind. For anyone that might feel hesitant or uncomfortable to seek treatment, please know that you will feel so comfortable at Orillia Sports Medicine.
This place is excellent from the staff when you enter to the Physiotherapist (Javin) doing his magic. Highly recommend
