Nov 20th, 2025- I had lower back pain which was travelling down my right leg (most likely sciatica) for few months On and Off. Someone at the gym suggested me to go see Michelle (The Co-Founder) at Sports Med and she that will take all my pain away!! We have done 3 sessions so far and I can already feel the change. Awesome place.
Sharing the gym with another client today was joyful. Tyler offered Dave the chance to sing one of his favourite songs and we all joined in on the chorus for Yellow submarine. I have never seen so many clients grin like that. Thanks Tyler and Dave
