For 15 years I have been going to this emerge whenever my Doctors’ clinic or after hours clinic is close. For all these years I was thankful and cared for even waiting for hours starting from Triage to those ER residence but yesterday I came in having an excruciating pain and bleeding pee. I've been a frequent visitor here over the past 8years, and the ER personnel are great and makes you feel comfortable and safe while providing excellent care.

The people are nice and emergency is not the quickest but this is insanely slow averging 1 take in every 1.5 hours . There where only 5 people in the waiting room and 4 hours later still where 3. Better to go to a clinic.

Had to go into the Emerg this past weekend because of miscarrying with extremely heavy bleeding. I ended up being kept over night due to passing out and also needing to have my hemoglobin assessed because of so much blood loss. The nurses were so kind and one even opened up to me about her own miscarriage experience which was so helpful. Another male nurse offered to get us food early the next morning (when we hadn’t asked for any) which was such a blessing. I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness during my recent visit. My sister, who was in a hallway bed and visibly cold, had to wait over 30 minutes for a warm blanket. I made the request to three different nurses. Unfortunately, the first two assured me they would bring one but never followed through. By the time I asked a third nurse—who seemed annoyed and told me I shouldn’t be there—it was clear the request had been overlooked or dismissed, possibly because my sister wasn’t assigned to them.
