The few times I’ve had to go the staff and volunteers have been great. I felt very cared for. I was always told what next steps would be. They have done a great job of hiring amazing staff.
It got so bad that on the advice of legal council I can't share my experience
I've been here twice in the past year or so and they got me into a bed and looked after pretty quickly. Being in such a fragile state and needing some immediate intervention, but home being more comfortable to go through a heightened flare up, I appreciated that they took me seriously and I was able to get back home in less than eight hours.
