they have no communication between anyone. had my daughter there on Sunday at 5pm she has flu like symptons she was admitted at 11.30am given antibiotics which no one knew why then moved to floor 5 and nothing from there had 3 Dr's. look at her and no one knew what she had. I watched floor 5 staff and there was no communication people standing around Dr's. too this floor is so mis managed

Excellent staff and high quality care! I have not encountered a less than friendly staff member after a number of visits. During a recent family member passing the nursing, medical, and all other staff could not have been kinder or more caring. We are fortunate to have a facility with such quality staff.

Dealt with a nurse Nancy at the emerge. She was nothing but rude and told us that we were taking up space and should just go home. When I confronted her about what she had said she denied everything and made herself look like she had done nothing wrong. All I was trying to do was stand up for my boyfriend that was not being treated fairly at a place that should be warm and welcoming. We ended up leaving due to the very unwelcoming environment that, that nurse had created.

I went in for my first ever colonoscopy. I have hemophobia shortly after they put my IV in I nearly fainted. The nurses were fantastic! One fanned me, another put a wet cloth on my head while another put ice on my neck. Shortly after they helped me to a gurney and in no time I started feeling better and although I had a long wait for the procedure, I didn't mind. The colonoscopy went off without a hitch and I woke up in the recovery area. I was given some apple juice to drink as well.
