I have been a client for a bit now and have always been impressed with their services. Moving to a new town, finding a dentist and just going to initial appointments can be frustrating but the team at the smile center always took great care of me. They understand that individuals do not always have funds upfront and try to work with their patients on what they can / cannot afford at the time. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist, the whole staff was very caring and made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure, Nurse Judi was extra caring and comforting
Dr. Shannon was amazing! Had a permanent retainer wire come loose and she helped me quickly readhesive it and I was good to go without any other questions. They also gave me the best rate (by far) out of the 5 Orillia clinics I called and I can say they also have the best receiptionist. Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Shannon for any teeth issues for friendly and professional service from everyone involved!
