Terrible communication. No vet is ever there. Then charging for a phone call when NO ONE mentioned a charge. Very disorganized. Unfortunately the only vet around the area but thinking of switching back to Barrie. Would rather drive then deal with this clinic.
I have been dealing with the Orillia Pet Hospital for many years. They are the only ones that I have ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and thorough. I will continue to rely on them for all.of my pets well being. Thank you to all the staff of the Orillia Pet Hospital.
My old vet closed just as Covid hit and I despaired of finding a place to take my fur babies. I found Orillia Pet Hospital and they took care of my babies through Covid and now that I can go in with them, I am more impressed than ever. They truly understand animals being a part of the family, and even treat my terrified cat so lovingly and carefully that by the end of our last visit (yesterday), he was lying on the table, relaxed and purring. I brought my cats here after I moved into Orillia. These people are exceptional. Very caring and helpful, showing much concern and sympathy when I had to say goodbye to my Kato. The whole team are so great I recommend 100%.
