Dr McGregor and staff are wonderful! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Orillia Orthodontics. I have three children who have all received care through Dr. MacGregor over the years. We have always found him, and his staff, to be friendly, welcoming, and informative. We never feel rushed when we have a question and Dr. Macgregor remembers each one (even after years) and takes the time to chat with them. The results for my children's teeth have been excellent (2 have completed braces and 1 has just started). Whenever we have a question, they have been responsive and very helpful.... read more
Was in the area on vacation from another province when my child had an issue with their braces. They got us in same day and took very good care of us. Extremely grateful for the prompt assistance!
Really great for the orthodontics. Not so great at customer service…we have yet to have them return a call after leaving just one voicemail. It’s a bummer. We have to call more than once for a response. Families pay a lot of money for this service and to not have responses is disappointing. We had serious issues when first fitted with braces.
