I have nothing but praise for Jay who came to service and repair our furnace after a Reliance Home Comfort technician told me that my furnace needed to be replaced due to a faulty heat exchanger. The heat exchanger was not the problem but we had a faulty inducer motor. It's nice to see that there are skilled, knowledgeable and honest people who take pride in their craft.

My furnace was not working and I was about to go on a trip. My kids would be home so I needed it fixed. I had a tech come in from a different company and was advised the motor needed to be replaced. The tech said he wouldnt be able to fix it until Monday but told me to call Orillia Natural Gas as they worked with the brand of my motor. I contacted them and the tech stated he was home and had to go to the shop to see if he had the motor.
