Friendly staff, easy to do business with, and no major issues.
This place surely deserve a five star service!! Thanks to Gavin, Anthony, Cameron and Nathan for doing such a tremendous job. We were on a road trip from Quebec on our bikes and one of us got a flat tire. We had the bike towed there, even though they had a tight schedule they were able to fit us in so we can keep on rolling. A big thanks for this great team.
I had a great experience today at Orillia Motor Sports. My Honda lawnmower has been a bit of a problem-child, and two technicians patiently spent valuable time to help me understand exactly what the issue was as well as its root cause. I have some work to do yet and some decisions to make regarding the mower but I consider myself well armed to move forward. They gave me a big break on the labour too which brought a smile to my face. Thanks guys!
Dealer won’t service a machine they sold me 3 years ago. In response to the dealers reply… The service person told me twice that you could not get parts and that I needed to take it elsewhere, specifically Bobcat on Dunlop in Barrie. If they told you anything different, you have additional issues.
