Great experience, Nicole was kind and talked through everything we needed to know. I will definitely come back for future piercings for myself or my daughter. Thank you for the great experience, I definitely recommend.
Cannot recommend Nicki enough! I had an incident where my hair stylist somehow knocked my stud piercing *into* my earlobe. Nicki was able to gently pry it out without pain. I was worried I'd need ear surgery but Nicki patiently wiggled and extracted. Great customer service, very reasonable prices, clean studio, and really cute cats!
Didn't have the best experience. I wanted a little finger tattoo that was shown on the page as something she specializes in. The first issue was that there was no time control. I had to wait for her to finish her previous appointment for a while. When the actual tattoo was done it wasn't deep enough to last at all. I was also given a 'parry dot' where I was accidentally tattooed on another finger. I was told it would fade but 2 years later it's still there. Unfortunately, professionalism is seriously lacking here. There is a constant pattern of publicly complaining about other people’s businesses, which comes across as insecure rather than confident in one’s own work. Any time someone recommends or supports another service, it’s taken as a personal attack instead of a normal part of a shared industry. Disagreement is clearly not handled well. Honestly, even if she was good, her attitude says it all. She feels the need to DM people when she doesn't agree with something not even related to her and if it is she will double down. All her "art" is just Pintrest grabs and I wouldn't be surprised if she responded to this saying I have never used her services as gaslighting seems to be her overall objective. I have only used one service from her so I can't really say much about that but I know she treats people differently based on what looks like "status"? Not sure, but... read more
