Great customer service from Danielle
My 2021 Sportage radiator imploded, 70,000km. Two weeks after my warranty ended. I have been lectured by the staff, had I brought the car in the last 40,00 km this would have “shown my loyalty” and perhaps a good will would be accommodated. I have reached out several times to the General Manager, with zero response. I became a Kia customer through my late father, who served GM as business manager in Orillia for 25 years. It’s disappointing to feel that loyalty no longer extends beyond him.
I’m not from Orillia. Stayed in a motel and came out in the morning to a flat/slow leak. Dropped into the Kia dealer a few doors down the street just to ask where there was a tire dealer close by. When the lady asked the service manager (Allen) he came out witha big smile and they said they would fix it right away for me. Being from a big city and knowing this just doesn’t happen, this is very impressive customer a service. So kudos to y’all and thanks so much.
