$180 diagnostic fee to not diagnose or do anything for a rattleing issue on a car that we have only had for 2 months that I gave them an audio clip for proof of to to turn around and then tell me I cant pay cash unless I am okay with no change and that if I hear the sound again to just come back.... after this they have lost myn and my families business.
I recently took my 2025 Kia Seltos to this dealership because I was hearing a noticeable thud from the rear of the vehicle when accelerating from a stop while turning. Initially, the technician took my vehicle for a road test and told me they couldn't duplicate the noise. I was 100% certain the noise was there, so I requested that someone ride with me. Very poor customer service. Would not answer phone so I could request courtesy shuttle. I had to get colleague from work to drive me to dealership.
