Came in for first oil change on truck. 75 min for oil change and 25 mins to get the bill. Normally would leave 1 star but the service advisor was wonderful and kind. Nice waiting area and is nicely appointed. Total stay was 9:17-10:51am. Missed my 11 am appt. (Shrugs) Hope they do better next time.

Really upset with the way I was treated yesterday!!! Car misfiring and tell me not to drive it yet not able to give me a loaner car!! Was spoken to very rudely at the service desk!! Said they can drive me home but I have kids I have a job I need my vehicle!!! My vehicle is a 2024 it’s still under warranty so it is warranty work!! And should be able to give me a loaner!!
