BUYER Beware: Horrible experience! This company replaced a commercial door for us through First General (huntsville). Sills were measured incorrectly. With in a year the automatic door lock mechanism failed. It was impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone or email response. My wife finally got ahold of someone the other day and they refused to warrant their workmanship or parts. (sundridge laundromat)
I called Mark to get more information about fire rated windows and he was very helpful in discussing our options and making recommendations. The windows we received are perfect, and exactly what we need. We are thrilled with his expertise, the quick turnaround and the delivery service of our new windows.
