Greg in service solved a complicated problem with respect and politeness. Another dealership made promises to me then problems delivering. Greg was helpful with this warranty problem and my exhaust manifolds were replaced in my Ram truck. It was a big worry for me & Greg solved the multi-layered problem well. Previously Hwy 11 Dodge had extreme turnover so I will hope to see Greg's familiar face continue to serve me in Orillia Dodge.
