The salesperson was a very professional person . At one point he said he would be back in a few minutes . When he returned another man was with him , the sales manager . He was very confrontational and rude . Very disrespectful . I will never go back !!
DO NOT BUY ANY DODGE PRODUCT WITH ETORQUE!!! Find a different brand altogether and a different dealership to boot, they do not stand behind their product at all. EDIT: Absolutely terrible experience. We brought our Jeep in because we're having electrical issues — we've already done a good amount of diagnosing ourselves and know there's a problem with the wiring. My husband tried to explain this to the shop, but they completely brushed him off. Instead, they insisted the issue was the starter (which it's not), and quoted us $1,200 for a part we don’t even need. Booked an appointment for service. When I arrived they were on time. I don’t think I waited 1 minute for them to take my vehicle in. The service team answered my questions and were very knowledgeable. Snooped around the lot while I waited, the sales team even came and had a chat with me. Very friendly team and they know their stuff! I can’t say enough about orillia dodge! I also loved seeing that they always have a charity drive of some sort going on to support the locals in need.
Unbelievable experience at Orillia Dodge. When you walk in, you’re always greeted with a warm and friendly Hello. Staff go above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered and that you’re satisfied with your purchase or services.
