After fumbling around with a couple of banks, and our accountant, we ended up at Service Ontario in Orillia who recommended we go see the folks at "CDC" - "Your Business Success Centre". As we are winding down an 'Inc' Company, we just wanted to create a new Company - same name, but not Incorporated. Seemed simple enough, but the Banks made it difficult and were of little help.
