They damaged my bike, tried to do a cheap fix on my custom air brushed paint job, and they lost parts of my bike before returning it. And they also stood me up 2 times at their own shop when we had scheduled times to meet. The most incompetent and unprofessional business I've seen in years! Then they deleted the company facebook page that was the only remaining means of communication!
I had them order and install custom wheels, tires, rotors and air filter on my Street Glide. Had a wonderful experience. They were very helpful in the ordering process and got my bike done in time for me to ride it when I asked for it back. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their bike.
I was just on here to get the phone number to call about some new tires. After sifting through these reviews, I felt compelled to chime in. I was really surprised to see any negative reviews. I have been taking my HD in to this shop since my bike was brand new in 2012. They have always done an excellent job in everything I've asked for them to do. I wanted them to hook up my carbs and tune them. Also line the inside of my tank. I dropped the tank off on a Tues, they came and got the rest of my bike on Monday. They had the tank for 5 weeks and only put 2 coats in it,they told me it takes 5 days to a week for the coats to dry. They had the bike for a month and did nothing to it. I come here for great deals on my Spyder accessories and and motorcycle gear. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable from all my and my friends ( Derek Trout ) experiences with O'Riley's CPS, I will definitively continue doing business with them. I recently purchased a 2013 Can-Am Spyder from Leaders RPM in Kalamazoo. Considering that I live roughly 100 miles away from that dealership... it's nice to know there's a place like O'Riley's CPS to service my Spyder.
