From John on down, the Orijin team is extremely focused on providing a great experience for their customer and conduct themselves in a very professional manner. Simply put...they truly care, do the right thing and back that up with having great products and expertise. I would highly recommend them.
We reserved a unique round trough in early September, but on install day were told it had been unintentionally sold to another customer. With no prior notice, our fountain plan was derailed. When this issue was brought to the attention of the owner, Nichole, she reached out promptly, took full responsibility, and clearly explained what went wrong.
