We reserved a unique round trough in early September, but on install day were told it had been unintentionally sold to another customer. With no prior notice, our fountain plan was derailed. When this issue was brought to the attention of the owner, Nichole, she reached out promptly, took full responsibility, and clearly explained what went wrong. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! From the first point of contact to the final results, Orijins team made sure everything was in order and went ABOVE and BEYOND with assistance and special requests.
