Working with Origins started out a pleasant experience but has quickly turned south! When the installers came to my house to install the granite they weren't sure how to fix the seam that didn't line up, they cut one piece wrong so I have a hole next to my door trim and they tried to give us a dented sink. They said they would be back in two weeks to fix everything and now I keep getting pushed back! They were supposed to show up last week but didn't and didn't call to tell me either! -They never delivered the remainder of our slab nor refunded our money.- This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We have numerous rental properties and deal with contractors on a regular basis. While the local representatives were friendly, the installation work was horrible and the slab was damaged. It had to be taken out and reinstalled (on our dime.) They did not show up when they were supposed to nor had tools. Customer service is awful. I was overcharged and they refuse to refund the overage or return phone calls or emails. The granite looks great, but the measurement was not totally accurate and work had to be completed prior to the install. I would not use Orgins again.
