Best salon in Sacramento for sure. Great hair and nails professionals
I've been seeing Rosie for more than 30 years and I love coming to this salon. Everyone there is wonderful, it's like a family. They are also very good at what they do. I especially appreciate that as a fellow curly-haired girl, she knows exactly what to do with mine.
