I had a car accident and my back kept going in and out, in and out. I did a full year of physio before I tried this gym out. My dad was already going here as he had lost his grip and was got it back thru this amazing gym. I call it my sleeping gym.. cus the machines are rigged up where you have to engage all your core muscles while sleeping, walking and/or standing.
