Sometimes an experience is so bad that simply contacting the owner is not enough. Tommy’s original Pizza’s staff is so incompetent and unprofessional that something on a larger scale must be done. The owner needs to re-evaluate how this restaurant is operated and investigate how their restaurant is run when they are not there.
