Went through 4 different technicians all of them were great and friendly from jo Ellen to So Young, elise now to beth. however the laser is outdated, so far I have gone well over 40+ sessions and my black ink tattoo is still there. This place needs the picosure laser upgrade.
Very unhappy with this business. Have been awaiting a phone call for the past week. I've left voicemails and they have not been returned. I had 700$ wrapped up in this business and then they decided to close and switch location (30 minutes farther than previous location) and previous tech was fired. Not happy with how things have worked out and I would highly consider choosing a different company to spend your money on.
Would've gave them 5 stars except one day she calls and says they have to cancel my second removal appointment because they're moving locations and that I would get a call the last week of February or first week of March to reschedule. Never said she was leaving the business or anything else that was going on.
