Kim and her team are craftspeople. They were able to repair a broken wooden shutter so it looked and operated like new, all in very short time! I have been working with them for over 20 years and they have maintained their high level of quality work and customer service.
If there was a 10 I would give it to them! I believe it was the owner (lady) who helped me out with some magnets in my time of need. She rocks and this local company does amazing work based on what I was shown in their shop. Quality!!
Outstanding customer service, excellent workmanship and installation. I ordered three plantation shutters. Kim responded promptly with a budgetary quote based on dimensions i had provided, then soon followed up with an in-home visit to discuss details and confirm pricing. Kim supplied and installed shutters for my dental office and I couldn't be happier with them! From start to finish she was pleasant and efficient to work with - the quality of her shutters are excellent and they are beautiful and functional. I especially love that they are locally made.
