Disappointed with Raleigh NC, Expo. I paid for three classes, two were as expected, but the serger class I signed up for was very disappointing. The instructor seemed stressed and the woman assisting her was rude. I also paid for a kit which did not have enough material to complete the project. It seemed the only interest they had was selling their sergers. If I had known which sergers being used were Juki I would never have signed up. I felt I wasted my money.

Will not EVER SHOP, OR ANYTHING ELSE WITH THIS COMPANY. ( included a few random photo's, not all were submitted when being picked. better photo's were submitted at that time. ) They sent Email,Sept 9, 2022 at 12:45pm telling me i had won a Spot in their Quilt Contest. Many many entries had been submitted. Only 50 could be chosen. Great job Expo staff. My machine embroidery skills have improved so much from attending the Expos. I love spending time in my sewing room now.

I purchased tickets for the expo and classes but the expo was cancelled in Cleveland and the show refuses to give a refund. That seems unfair to your loyal guests. Although the show is rescheduled for this summer, I will not be able to attend. This is my third request for a full refund. Update. I eventually disputed the amount with my credit card which managed to obtain a refund for me. Please delete me from your mailing lists.
