First thing, ive had previous great experiences with the company, but this time, the owner was extremely rude. I was spoken to in a way that felt rude and dismissive for no reason. He made disrespectful comments accusing me of things that was done to my old mattress which was completely untrue! when i purchased the bed outright anyway. Ben patiently explained to us what was most important to get mattresses that improved your sleep, health, and mostly comfort for the one thing we all do every day longer than anything else—sleep! He was professional and got us great mattresses at a fair price.
The most comfortable sleep experience ever....Peter Duncan and his son Trey, the owners are awesome, very thoughtful people which is a true asset with the sale for my dad who is 81 and myself 60. The delivery was done by their team there at the factory and these 2 guys got the job done just as we asked. But what really sold us is the sweetest hound dog they rescued and lives a sweet life at the factory , check them at before or after any other mattress company, they don't disappoint!
I purchased a Queen Sleeper sofa for our Vacation Rental only to realize that the mattress inside was 6 inches shorter than it should be. That company gave me credit but that did not solve the problem. Then I remembered that I had done business with Peter several years ago. I called and he made me exactly what we needed. I am so happy with the results. If your sleeper sofa needs a better mattress, call The Mattress Factory. They have wonderful products. Thanks Peter and Trey for solving my problem.
We just left the mattress factory after purchasing a king sized flippable mattress from the owner. He let us try everything out and really consider our options and answered all of the questions that we had for at least 50 mins. There was no pressure and he’s a saint. We are so happy and we are so looking forward to our new mattress after being on our IKEA one for three years.
