I am SO glad i stopped in to see what this store has to offer! I didn't realize they make mattresses right there! They have VERY comfortable beds for amazing prices. You cut out the middle man and save BIG! They were very easy to do business with. I highly recommend! :)
Loved my experience with the Mattress Factory. The purchase, delivery and modification to get the mattress just perfect were very pleasant. Could not ask for better people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mattress. This was our second purchase here and we will definitely be back.
Great place to buy a mattress and avoid all the confusion and hype of what's out there today. After months of looking and at least $2200 worth of mistakes, we found The Mattress Factory. We explained what we really wanted (cotton fill, cotton top, flippable), thinking it was no longer possible to get, and we got it all, and in only a few short days! They truly listened to us, understood and gave us exactly what we wanted. We couldn't recommend more.
I ordered a custom mattress or more specifically the Levi Model for my RV. I was skeptical and had doubts but, I received the mattress when they said it would be delivered, the price was unbeatable, the Quality is Exceptional and it is very Firm as I requested. I highly recommend their products and you will NOT be disappointed.
First thing, ive had previous great experiences with the company, but this time, the owner was extremely rude. I was spoken to in a way that felt rude and dismissive for no reason. He made disrespectful comments accusing me of things that was done to my old mattress which was completely untrue! when i purchased the bed outright anyway.
