Great selection, made in Fort Worth! Trey and his dad were extremely knowledgeable about everything mattress!! We bought 2! Great prices too! One of the mattresses we bought has a 20 year warranty! Plus the mattress toppers they sell are plush and sleep cool! Had them delivered and our old King hauled away for a small fee!
UPDATE 2025.....well, four years later as I age in retirement I am learning how important a good night's sleep is! My Mattress Factory 100% latex medium firm mattress continues to support my amazing and restful sleep. The 3 inch latex pillowtop topper adds to the luxuriousness of my sleep experience. 10/10 would recommend to my family. Super knowledgeable in the space of mattresses specifically latex-based mattresses. I came in and had many questions and answered all of them eliminating any confusion I had about latex mattresses. Super passionate about what he does to help other people find a mattress that one not only wants, but needs. Also has an amazing back story with the history of the development of the company.
First thing, ive had previous great experiences with the company, but this time, the owner was extremely rude. I was spoken to in a way that felt rude and dismissive for no reason. He made disrespectful comments accusing me of things that was done to my old mattress which was completely untrue! when i purchased the bed outright anyway.
