Run Away!!! – I bought a mattress from OMF 3 years ago in the Raleigh NC store. It was the queen size pillow top. Two weeks later after it arrived it had a sag. My husband flipped the matress to a different side. This should have been our first clue. It ended up with huge craters where we slept and a hump in the middle. This can not be considered "normal" wear. I ended up with lower back pain and I am looking for a new mattress. I would love to give it back to President Ron and let his wife sleep on it!!!. Great Prices, Great Service – I bought my mattress here. It was a pleasure working with them. Their prices were great. Everyone was helpful. The wrote down my address wrong but the called my house and were there in a flash. The guys delivering my mattress were great. If I had more rooms I would buy more mattresses from here.
Original Mattress Factory Has Well Built Mattresses – Great service. Sales people very nice and not pushy at all. They make their own mattresses. We were happy to get a mattress you can flip. The no flip mattress that other stores push on you is a real scam - you only get padding on one side and it wears out twice as fast because you can't flip it.
