Stopped for appys and cocktails. The cheese on the nachos was overcooked and hard. I had to ask for a glass of water 4 times. I finally stopped another server who than had it sent over. My Grandson did not get his desert with his meal. We waited 30 minutes decided to pack it up and leave. Took him for ice cream elsewhere. Unfortunately the service was unacceptable. The cocktail was delicious.

Very underwhelming experience. Our food came out before our drinks. The waitress did not come back to check on us at any point. We were given our cheque and the machine was brought for us to pay before we even finished our drinks. It seems like they need to go back to the basics of restaurant service.
We dined on Sunday July 12th to celebrate a family members birthday. Our server was Paul and he was absolutely brilliant. Not only was he attentive he was thorough and extremely pleasant. Truly the best service we have had in a long time.
Had an excellent experience at Original Joe's. The steak was cooked perfectly, the beer was ice cold, and everything came out exactly as ordered. What really stood out, though, was the service. Jamie was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked in at all the right times, had a great attitude, and somehow made a great meal even better. Professional, personable, and always wearing a smile. We'll definitely be back.
