I came here with a large reservation group and was really impressed by our waitress Carly! She handled our large group with grace and a smile! One of the best service experiences I’ve had in a large group!
Wow super disappointed this last visit! I have been several time and always had great food & service NOT so much this time! Food was not edible! Soggy Parm fries that looked like they had been put in cold oil, tasted like chemicals, could not eat. Coleslaw had zero flavor, messed up an order (which happens) but the waitress held it out saying I thought you ordered this (hoping she would just shut up and take what was brought) we all finished eating and the chicken wrap still had not made an appearance! Interesting evening, our second time here. The first time was great. The wait staff used a tablet to take our order. We were only a table of three, appies and mains. Easy order with three special requests due to allergies and preferences. However it was obvious that the cook staff were not paying attention to these instructions.
