As expatriate Brits, we always enjoy fish and chips although we realise that our rose-coloured palates seem to want English style fish and chips which seem hard to replicate in Canada. The fish and chips yesterday should have been sold as batter and chips. The batter was crispy and tasty but the fish was almost invisible. The chips, quite edible, were a bit salty. We had to ask 3 times for malt vinegar. Inflation has truly struck as well because the machine listed tips started at 18%!!
Corbin was phenomenal! Great service and very friendly.
