I got the 1 piece fish and chips today as I have many times before. This time the fish was very small and maybe 1/4 inch thick so it was overcooked as well. I did show the server and complained and all he said was sorry 🤔 Not impressed it used to be a nice big piece I didn't get a pic because I forgot my damn phone at home
Terrible service from the server Kristelle. Went there tonight for a date night and we had both ordered iced teas and along with 1 water. We received both iced teas but needed to ask again for the water and that took a lot longer than it should to get water and run it. This happened a long time ago but it has been eating at me so I think I need to share. To preface, I am a service industry vet. Started at 15, finally left at 34. I can often understand why bad service happens and why bad food happens. I have never given a restaurant a bad review in my life. But this location... holy smokes.
