We decided to have a family birthday dinner here we made reservations so they were aware a group of 15 people would be arriving. It took me over twenty minutes before I was even asked if I wanted a drink. Waited almost another half hour before they asked for our food order. I ordered a blue rare steak sandwich which took another half hour to come out. The food was awful the steak had no seasoning or anything on it. The food and service were great. The music was too loud.
Came to eat on saturday with 3 other friends. Server brought out 4 glasses of water 3 of which had lipstick/ lip marks on them and were dirty. Not only is this disgusting but also a biohazard/disease risk. Told the server which seemed shocked herself and then we left and ate elsewhere. Never coming back again.
