We made a reservation for 16 people and made sure to check if they could accommodate. They confirmed we would all be able to sit together at one table; but when we arrived we had to request some shuffling be done so that 3 of our party members didn’t have to sit alone, no big deal. The main reason for a lower rating is the fact that there was an 18% gratuity yet our server did not once come to ask for drink refills or top up waters. Wait staff that don’t write down your order and get your order wrong…. Kudos if you’re strong on the memory game but don’t get the order wrong if thats the case. Also dined with a vegetarian and she asked for recommendations on any items and… nothing. Ok then, guess the salad it is. And no I wont email your email address in the response to this. Do better !
Came here with my family. Minors are accepted until 9pm I had the fish and chips, my children had Mac and cheese and chicken fingers. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich. Food and service was great! The house red ale was lovely, atmosphere was nice. Would recommend to anyone!
