Service sucks now. Inattentive servers and an empty bar.
Ordered the 9oz steak sandwich medium rare. It came out well done. The manager offered 10% off and a $10 card for next time but only after I asked for the manager. So I saved $3.72 on a $37 meal. Not very good customer service in my opinion.
It’s what you expect, but they are a bit heavy handed with the BBQ sauce. Felt like i was eating burger soup in a bun.
