Went there today to see if they would honour a drop in class that I had paid for 3 years ago and was not able to attend and they did!!! Had a wonderful first class back after three years of not practicing and I will definitely be back for more. The hot room was nice and the studio was clean also.
Bikram the man may be a controversial character, but the yoga studios that offer it know the sequence simply works and Abbotsford hot yoga offers a lot of Bikram sequence yoga. Will be back again sometime for sure, but it's not the closest studio for me. Thanks kindly for having me!
