Our experience is positive all the way. in the store, Veronica was friendly without being pushy, extremely helpful, and fun to work with. She was endlessly patient with us. Deliveries were timely and smooth. Greg and Zeon kept us informed of their arrival with our furniture and were polite, careful, and informative. We are totally satisfied with the quality, comfort and appearance of the sofa, loveseat and other items we purchased. We are one-stop shoppers and find Original Home Furniture to be all we need.
We bought a couch and loveseat from this store and they kept it in storage for us until we moved into our new condo. Happy with the service and delivery. Less than a year from delivery one of the seat cushions is badly pilling. The store advises that there is nothing they can do for us. REALLY. Not impressed. There are just the two of us living here. Certainly not abused.
