We are absolutely thrilled with our couch and loveseat. Unfortunately the cuddler couldn’t make it down to the rec room where we wanted it due to a tight corner, but Zeon and Luis set it up upstairs in our living room in the interim, and moved our other furniture downstairs so it would fit, and actually rearranged the other furniture in our living room for us. They went above and beyond, and we were so grateful!
My husband and I recently purchased a sectional couch, the in-store experience was awesome, we spent hours talking and planning the colour and seating arrangements of our new couch. Veronica was amazing and made sure we were educated. The couch was ready 2 weeks earlier than originally stated. Zeon and Luis arrived super friendly and very professional couldn't be happier the couch is beautiful and we love it ! Our experience is positive all the way. in the store, Veronica was friendly without being pushy, extremely helpful, and fun to work with. She was endlessly patient with us. Deliveries were timely and smooth. Greg and Zeon kept us informed of their arrival with our furniture and were polite, careful, and informative. We are totally satisfied with the quality, comfort and appearance of the sofa, loveseat and other items we purchased. We are one-stop shoppers and find Original Home Furniture to be all we need.
We bought a couch and loveseat from this store and they kept it in storage for us until we moved into our new condo. Happy with the service and delivery. Less than a year from delivery one of the seat cushions is badly pilling. The store advises that there is nothing they can do for us. REALLY. Not impressed. There are just the two of us living here. Certainly not abused.
