This Heroman's was very understanding and very gracious in my small custom request. The woman I spoke to was kind and understaning, and very patient. I was ordering flowers for an friend, but not as sympathy or condolences. I did not want a generic FTD arrangement; I wanted something in a very specific colour. Not only could Heroman's (on Government) make a gorgeous arrangement, but they also delivered so quickly. In my case of was same day. Truly a wonderful florist.
Very easy to work with over the phone. Prompt delivery of a beautiful arrangement of flowers, exactly what I was hoping to be delivered.
Omg …they saved my butt….what a fantastic and accommodating florist . I forgot It was my mil birthday so I called the morning of her birthday and they delivered that day!! So I didn’t miss her birthday after all!!
The lady working there was very sweet and made a custom arrangement for me similiar to the one showcased in the colder room. The flowers there are beautiful and I wanted something simple as just because roses for my gf. Definitely recommend this flower shop and will be back if I'm ever in Baton Rouge again visiting!
SUPER JOB! We were extremely satisfied with the flowers for our daughter's wedding. David offered personal recommendations which we appreciated since this was our first wedding. The flowers were elegant from the table vases, bouquets to the wedding arch. I would definitely do business with David again.
