The customer service is horrible and the so called manager has no respect and shouldn't be working with the public!!
***** from corporate needs help with her PR skills. Courtesy and empathy go a long way. Being accused to begging or looking for a handout due to their mistake was wrong. My oxygen level was low and to have to wait an additional 15 minutes was an inconvenience. But according to ***** I was begging and trying to bankrupt the company. Next time I'll just collapse. Good think The Toledo Hospital is close. Someone needs to check corporate.
Awful customer service from corporate..Meagan. Accused me of trying to get free food die to their mistake. Ordered my pizza at 10:41am told 20 mins. Went inside store at 10:57am and was told he gave away my pizza. Oh ok I shouldn't be upset and offered a courtesy drink etc. I'm trying to scam and bankrupt the company. It's my fault. Ain't nothing like a Gino's pizza. All others pale by comparison. The wait is agonizing though but it's worth it.
I recently placed a pick-up order and paid by credit card. The e-mail conformation said the order will be ready for pick up in --- minutes. It literally was just a few dashes. I began calling the business to find out when my food would be ready for pick-up. After multiple phone calls over the course of 20 minutes no one answered. With the current covid situation many business are operating under reduced hours. The website said open until 1AM, I placed my order around 10:30 PM. Amazing pizza and always great service! One of my favorite places to eat in Toledo.
Good roast beef sub. Good staff. Dining room needs TLC
First time here. I got a cheese pizza with mushrooms. It was fresh and tasty. The sauce is slightly sweet.
